Virginia Woolf Project – ViWoP
Adhesion and participation to the Virginia Woolf Project – ViWoP is equivalent to implicit acceptance, for an unlimited duration, of these Rules.
Participation to the Virginia Woolf Project is voluntary and unpaid.
Any women who send materials of any kind (the “contributor”) declare under their own responsibility, even under juridical, civil or penal laws, that:
– are over 18 years old
– are the author or hold the legal rights (copyright) of the material sent and they assume all responsibility for any damage caused by their action for breach the Rules both towards those who manage Virginia Woolf Project – ViWoP and toward third parties, who will be release from liability about any action, dispute and request for compensation
– assign any licence of the material sent to the Virginia Woolf Project – ViWoP, for publication, for sharing through each media tool considered useful for the project and for sub-licensing to third parties. ‘Material sent’ it’s referred to works, texts, images, photos, videos and any other creative formula.
– will not send harmful content (text or images), child pornography, violent, obscene, racist, defamatory, contrary to public order;
– the material sent must be unpublished
– is forbidden to send material with commercial or advertising purpose
– accept that the contents are under preventive moderation by Virginia Woolf Project – ViWoP and expressly renounce to any claim, regarding the publication and sharing of the contents, both regarding their own or other contributors’.
Virginia Woolf Project may publish and remove content at any time, without notice and with full and unquestionable discretion.
The contributor is obliged, in view of any responsibility, including legal responsibility, to fill out the form, for sending the material, with truthful data and information. The contributor is entitled, non-exclusive and without royalties, to view the uploaded content and to share it through social media without commercial purposes, without altering them and always mention the source.
It is not necessary to register to publish material on the website. It’s enough to indicate the email that will be used exclusively for updates about the project or for any clarifications, without being transferred to third parties.
Virginia Woolf Project will retain the license to maintain the publication of the contents and the right to sublicense them to third parties.
Virginia Woolf Project does not endorse any content, opinion, judgment, opinion, notice and recommendation of the author of the contents, expressly disclaiming any responsibility in this regard.
Virginia Woolf Project is in no way identifiable with the author of the texts, of the videos of the photos and of any other content and expression sent and published.
Virginia Woolf Project holds proprietary rights to the entire website (and of material sent by its contributors published) and the right to license for publication and sharing and transfer to third parties.
